What's for dinner? Flatbread Pizza, Stuffed French Toast & more

We're eating stuffed french toast, flatbread pizzas, healthy peanut butter eggs, homemade samoas & sweet potato brownies

Happy Thursday,

It’s getting warmer. MLB season kicks off this weekend, and the Easter Bunny will visit many of you on Sunday.

Last week I tried something new in this newsletter: asking you to vote on what I should cook in the upcoming week. Based on the votes that came in, we had a tie between homemade Caramel Delite/Samoas cookies & Sweet Potato Brownies, and I ended up creating two new recipes—both of which are now featured here and here.

Please make sure to vote in the poll below to let me know what I should cook next (or you can always hit reply and give me your thoughts!).

I want to create more recipes that you’ll love. Vote below to tell me which of the following recipes I should share next week on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube!

What’s For Dinner? Flatbread Pizza

I love pizza. As a child, Friday nights were always pizza nights in my house.

And now that I get older & have my own kids I’ve realized something - TAKEOUT PIZZA IS SO FREAKING EXPENSIVE AND NOT HEALTHY.

This flatbread, high protein, low carb pizza has been on rotation in our house weekly. It has 300 calories, it’s low in carbs & high in protein.

What’s For breakfast? Stuffed French Toast

Once upon a time, I used to work out at 5 am.

My favorite part of the day was getting home to a quiet house and sitting down for a relaxing high-protein/ high-carb breakfast of my choice.

I ate this stuffed French toast recipe for months, every single day, because I could customize the recipe based on my preference for the day.

What’s for Dessert? High Protein Reese’s Easter Eggs

Easter is this weekend, and even if you don’t celebrate, you can admit that the Reese’s Egg is the best shape of Reese’s.

This copycat recipe is the perfect solution for satisfying your Easter Candy cravings while still sticking to your healthy goals.

Bonus points - if you have kids - this is a fun recipe for them to help with, as they’ll get to create the recipe with their hands (and you!)

So, that cookbook? Here’s how to get a free copy.

I’m officially launching my cookbook as an e-book the first week of April, and I want to give you a free copy.

Create any of my recipes, upload them as a video to TikTok or Instagram, tag me, and I’ll send you a code for a free download when I release my cookbook in less than two weeks.

I appreciate you,

Dan
