👨‍🍳 Healthy, high-protein recipes to make this week

Elote Pasta Salad, Blueberry Lemon Bread & 85 Calorie Cheesecake

In partnership with

Happy Thursday,

It’s peak summer!

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve sent out my recipe newsletter - but there’s a good reason why. So many of you have asked me to find a way to share my recipes off social media - and I’m finally excited to announce that I’ve launched a website full of my favorite recipes.

Full transparency: the website is live, but I don’t love how it looks. While the ‘meat and bones’ are there - I’d guess that by the fall, it will look slightly different.

Two important asks for you:

Please vote in the poll below to let me know what I should cook next (or you can always hit reply and give me your thoughts!).

Purple Carrot has sponsored this email. If you’re interested in trying out Purple Carrot’s meal service - PLEASE click through the ad below, as it helps ensure that I’m offered more opportunities like this. (even if you aren’t interested - PLEASE click on that ad 🙂 )

Anyway - I hope you enjoy this email. Please hit reply and let me know any thoughts! I appreciate you.

I want to create more recipes that you’ll love. Vote below to tell me which of the following recipes I should share next week on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube!Low Calorie, High Protein Cheesecake

Low Calorie, High Protein Cheesecake

There’s not much to say about this recipe, except WOW!!!

I’ve seen content creators claim to make healthier cheesecake recipes for years - but they’re all the same.

Cottage cheese, protein powder, eggs - AND NO THANK YOU.

This recipe has the consistency of cheesecake, tastes like cheesecake, and has the macros exactly where you want them to be.

Watch the full recipe on Instagram here.

High Protein Lemon Blueberry Bread (cake? loaf?)

I shared a recipe for a high-protein, lower-carb banana bread a few months ago. You loved it, and over a million watched the recipe on TikTok.

I’ve been trying to create a different version of this recipe without the bananas and have finally found a recipe I’m proud to share.

It has all the flavors of the season - the tart lemon frosting pairs perfect with the smooth texture of the bread.

Elote Pasta Salad

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy all the vibrant flavors of Mexican street food, and one of the most beloved treats is elote - grilled corn on the cob smothered in a creamy, tangy sauce and sprinkled with cotija cheese.

This recipe takes the traditional flavors of elote - and blends it with high protein chickpea pasta AND a high-protein tangy greek-yogurt based sauce.

It’s perfect for meal prep AND for bringing to your next barbecue.

So, that cookbook? Here’s how to get a free copy.

I’m not 100% sure when my cookbook will be ready.

I hoped that it would have been launched by now, but it’s taking me a little bit longer than expected. Launching a blog absolutely didn’t help with that 😀

But, if you want a free copy of the cookbook, Create any of my recipes, upload them as a video to TikTok or Instagram, tag me, and I’ll send you a code for a free download when I release my cookbook.

I appreciate you,

Dan
